In this role, I work with the company's Design and User Experience division to expand and maintain the Interswitch Switch Core Design System that allows other product designers and front-end engineers to ship high-quality work efficiently and consistently and allows Interswitch to develop a standard and uniform visual style across the business.
I am primarily responsible for driving the adoption of the design system company-wide, where I develop and run training that helps designers and any other stakeholders understand how to adopt the use of the design system and use the components within in their daily tasks.
