Over the past seven years, my work has consisted of coming up with questions and answers to both simple and complex problems. These answers add value through human-centered design, while the questions ensure that product teams never forget their core mission of adding value to people's lives.
During this time, I led design teams and worked with engineering teams to ensure that product requirements are met according to the product roadmap and feature delivery strategy.

Reliance Health’s Telemedicine App faced a significant challenge with its prescription fulfilment process, which took over 5 hours and involved cumbersome manual interventions. I led the user experience research and design efforts to develop a solution that would transform this critical aspect of the telemedicine app. The design led to a reduced prescription fulfilment time by 80%, from over 5 hours to less than 1 hour, and increased user satisfaction scores by 30%.
